As a Graduate Engineer in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at Flowserve, you’ll be responsible for several key functions:
- IT Initiative Management: You’ll manage, deliver, and support IT initiatives that involve identifying, designing, and implementing creative business and technology solutions for various business operations.
- Business Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business users, acting as their trusted IT adviser. This will involve day-to-day interactions with business management, sponsorship, and key business application owners.
- Key Business Application Support: Take charge of supporting key business applications throughout their lifecycle, from identifying needs to implementation, training, ongoing maintenance, support, and transitioning to newer technologies or landscapes when necessary.
- Technical and Business Understanding: Make efforts to understand and learn the business, technical, and functional skills necessary for the job, ensuring that you can effectively support the company’s IT needs.

- Participation in full life-cycle application implementation experiences from requirements to production support.
- Strong customer service attitude and effective communication skills with non-technical business personnel.
- Excellent business engagement, organization, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix team structure.
- A BS or BA Degree in a relevant field and/or 0-2 years of relevant experience.
