Freshers Hiring – Software Engineer at Innofied.
Job Description
Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career as a Software Engineer? Innofied is hiring freshers for the role of Software Engineer. Join our dynamic team and work on innovative projects while honing your skills and gaining valuable industry experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2022/2023 passout batch only
- Qualifications: BCA, MCA, B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), BSc (Computer Science), MSC (Computer Science)
Commitment
- Candidates need to provide a minimum service commitment of 36 months.
- Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to pursue an MS degree from BITS Pilani after completing 18 months of service (optional, terms and conditions apply).
Compensation
- For BCA: INR 3 LPA after successful completion of a 6-month paid internship
- For BSc: INR 3 LPA after successful completion of a 6-month paid internship
- For MSC: INR 4.2 LPA after successful completion of a 6-month paid internship
- For MCA: INR 4.2 LPA after successful completion of a 6-month paid internship
- For BTech: INR 4.2 LPA after successful completion of a 6-month paid internship
Stipend during the 6-month internship:
- BCA: INR 10,000 per month
- MCA: INR 15,000 per month
- BTech: INR 15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and maintain new programs or systems
- Perform quality analysis of the developed system
- Collaborate with colleagues and the product team to analyze requirements and envision qualitative solutions
- Prepare and maintain applications using standard development tools
- Create unit tests to ensure proper functionality of the code
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks through code audits
- Participate in requirements analysis and documentation
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing systems
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and participate in code reviews
- Stay updated with new technologies and incorporate them when relevant
- Provide written knowledge transfer material
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Excellent analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to visualize processes and outcomes
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Good understanding of databases
- Familiarity with object-oriented concepts
