Detailed Information about Role and Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee in Recruitment at Genpact, you will play a vital role in the talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
- Job Descriptions: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Job Analysis: Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Job Postings: Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and recruit candidates using various channels such as job boards, databases, and social media.
- Candidate Screening: Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Interviews: Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
- Onboarding: Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the organization.
- HR Best Practices: Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Reporting: Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Candidate Relationships: Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter with in-house recruitment background for US/Canada clients.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Phone interview, technical round, reference check, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s / Graduation / Equivalent
Experience Requirement
