Job Role: Management Trainee – Recruitment

Detailed Information about Role and Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee in Recruitment at Genpact, you will play a vital role in the talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
  • Job Descriptions: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Job Analysis: Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Job Postings: Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and recruit candidates using various channels such as job boards, databases, and social media.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Interviews: Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
  • Onboarding: Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated into the organization.
  • HR Best Practices: Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Reporting: Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Candidate Relationships: Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter with in-house recruitment background for US/Canada clients.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Phone interview, technical round, reference check, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor’s / Graduation / Equivalent
Experience Requirement
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter is required.
