As a Data Engineer at DFC Bank- New Age, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Experience Requirement: 0-3 years of Data Engineering experience.
- Proven experience in SQL, Spark, and the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Handling large data volumes (multiple TBs) from ingestion to consumption.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and document high-impact business problems and potential solutions.
- Good understanding of Data Lake/Lakehouse architecture, with experience/exposure to Hadoop (Cloudera, Hortonworks) and/or AWS.
- Managing the end-to-end data lifecycle, including Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, and Data Consumption layers. Proficiency in working with APIs.
- Proficiency in Spark, Spark Streaming, Hive, and SQL.
- Experience with big data infrastructure, including MapReduce, Hive, HDFS, YARN, HBase, Oozie, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases.
- Strong skills in technical debugging and version control using Git.
- Creating Technical Design Documentation for projects and pipelines.
