We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking graduate of 2023 to join our established and expanding team in India as a Project Assistant.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports.
- Ensuring efficient delivery of project requirements.
- Coordinating with the project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Enforcing adherence to processes and procedures, providing guidance when deviations occur.
- Monitoring and tracking ongoing issues, schedules, and site progress on a daily/weekly basis.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on system registers.
- Assisting the team with routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
- Generating quantitative, status, and analysis reports.
- Collaborating with project planners to monitor and track project schedules.

- You hold a degree qualification in civil engineering and are a member of a professional body.
- You possess digital proficiency and can establish enduring client relationships.
