As a Technical Support Engineer at Salesforce in our Customer Success Group (CSG) located in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with custom code, integration, and Salesforce product implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Debugging and fixing technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Designing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned product areas.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Providing clear and effective explanations of product features and Salesforce coding best practices.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and managing customer expectations.
- Actively participating in job-related training activities.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Super Badges in Salesforce Administrator/Developer or equivalent.
- Solid grasp of HTML, XML, API, SQL, and programming languages like C, C++, Java.
