The Role
As an Associate Application Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing secure and innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing coding and unit testing activities based on provided design documents and project guidelines. This includes fixing defects and adhering to coding guidelines, continuous integration (CI), source code processes, check-ins/check-outs, etc.
- Participating in build and deployment activities for application development, following defined processes and procedures for delivery and deployment.
- Understanding use cases and requirements to develop effective solutions. Exploring alternative options through the application of DAR (Decision Analysis and Resolution) techniques.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) related to service quality, adherence to SLA, technical expertise, understanding of business needs, and competency.
- Validating the integrity of pre-production environments, such as development, test, QA, and staging environments.
- Assisting in the development and testing of processes used for configuration management, deployment, and automation.
- Providing application support, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Working in accordance with standards and methodologies established within the project or organization.
- Providing impact analysis details for assigned work.
- Promoting innovation within the team or project.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree (BS preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Ideally, 0-2 years of experience in coding and programming, gained through internships and advanced coursework.
Note: This role requires knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as C, C++.
