Are you a recent graduate or a passionate individual looking to kickstart your career as a Software Engineer? We are seeking a Software Engineer Trainee who has a good understanding of OOPS programming concepts, software engineering principles, and RDBMS concepts. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, upskill in various frameworks, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of OOPS programming concepts, software engineering principles, and RDBMS concepts.
- Possess basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell programming.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and the ability to work effectively within an Agile team.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into algorithms and logic for programming.
- Develop desktop and web applications using popular frameworks, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new frameworks as required.
- Perform testing activities to ensure designs comply with specifications.
- Debug and resolve technical issues that may arise during development.
- Adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver work accordingly.
- Utilize support tools effectively to streamline development and support processes.
- Engage in continuous professional development, attend training sessions, and pursue relevant certifications.
- Create documentation detailing design, coding, and testing activities.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and innovations to enhance job accomplishments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in programming skills, with a focus on object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good team player with excellent communication skills.
