About the Job Description
- Coordinate and update Onboarding training materials
- Ensure training materials are up to date
- Coordinate quarterly reviews of Onboarding content with material owners
- Create eLearning content
- Convert existing PM Group materials to eLearning
- Assist in curating training materials
- Create courses and sessions on the TDS
- Generate Evaluation reports and share results with trainers
- Assist with L&D Surveys
- Analyse Training hours monthly and take action to address issues
- Assist with Group Graduate programme
- Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources instead of MBA
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
