As an Associate Engineer Trainee, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the planning, execution, and optimization of site surveys, installations, and various operational tasks.

Job Role:

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to gather essential data for planning purposes.
• Ensure meticulous planning and secure engagement with Appropriate Service Providers (ASPs) in areas such as licensing, assessment, training, and compliance.
• Coordinate the requisition and allocation of a stellar workforce and materials to meet project requirements.
• Validate site designs to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Plan, secure, and execute the installation and commissioning phases efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all execution procedures and report relevant activities accurately.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or additional training in telecommunications will be advantageous.

• Consultative Skills: Proficiency in change and improvement management, automation, process management, and field operations.
• Service Delivery Business Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of service delivery processes and business insights.
• Data Analytics and Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed financial decisions.
• Customer Insights and AI Knowledge: Ability to leverage customer insights and artificial intelligence to enhance service delivery.
• Management of ASP: Experience in managing relationships with Appropriate Service Providers.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth project execution.
