Job Description:
KPMG is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Risk Advisory Internal Audit Analyst. This role is essential in supporting our efforts to deliver top-notch process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting services. As an analyst, you will assist in executing GRCS (Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services) solutions, ensuring high-quality client service and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the analysis and execution of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting projects.
- Deliver quality client services, ensuring project timelines and expectations are met.
- Monitor project progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about outcomes.
- Demonstrate basic accounting and process-related knowledge, and show an ability to assimilate new information.
- Stay current on new developments in advisory services and industry knowledge.

As a Risk Advisory Internal Audit Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that conducts thorough process evaluations and risk assessments. Your role will involve leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights and recommendations that enhance client processes and controls.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduates with degrees such as BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BMS, BBM, or similar.
- 0-2 years of related audit, business, or sector experience.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
- Basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and advanced data analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and under pressure.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within India or abroad for extended periods.
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethics.
- Certifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are advantageous.
