Job Description:
Deloitte is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their team as Credit Risk RWA Associates (RA- R&LS- FIRR – DM) in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to various projects and initiatives that support the firm’s mission and values.
Job Responsibilities:

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance-related courses such as Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Banking & Finance, or in Computer Sciences & Information Technology.
- Graduates with a B.Tech/B.E degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Preferred qualifications include M.Sc. IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA, or any postgraduate degree.
- Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.
Other Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Credit Risk RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) and Basel Norms.
- Working knowledge of Credit Risk Management, including Basel requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for capital implementation projects.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and across different geographic locations.
