Job Description:

Baker Hughes is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their team as Early Career Trainees – Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining industrial X-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment at customer sites. The position involves extensive travel and requires a strong commitment to quality service standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform services and maintenance activities on industrial X-ray systems and supporting equipment such as X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control, and high-end PCs.
• Understand and execute administrative tasks related to field service and support promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through adherence to quality service standards.
• Monitor and ensure site safety during the execution of work scopes.
• Be prepared to travel to customer sites at short notice, approximately 70% of the time.
• Execute assigned duties with integrity and in compliance with company policies.

Educational Requirements:

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation from an accredited university in India.
• Candidates with a diploma degree in relevant fields will have an added advantage.
• Graduated within the last 24 months.
• Achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in written and spoken English with effective communication skills.
• An inquisitive mindset and a strong desire for knowledge.
• Legal entitlement to work in India without sponsorship or time restrictions.
