Job Description
Oracle is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Analyst 1 (Support) in Bengaluru. This role involves providing exceptional support for front-end applications, performing backend investigations, and collaborating with various teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Front-End Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations on front-end applications, including capturing relevant information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
- Backend Techniques: Utilize backend techniques such as capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers to resolve issues.
- Documentation: Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle to ensure comprehensive records.
- Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on severity, balancing client and business needs effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
Educational Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Willingness to work the shift from 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST.
