Job Role: Digital Marketing Associate
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that include:
- Social Media Campaigns: Planning, managing, and executing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Creating engaging content—whether it’s written, visual, or video—to attract and retain the target audience.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Ensuring the website and landing pages are optimized for search engines to boost visibility.
- Trend Monitoring: Staying updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing to implement fresh strategies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. An MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing (freshers welcome).
- A good understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Bonus Skills (Optional but Recommended):
- Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with basic video editing software.
Job Details:

- Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
