Job Description:
Salesforce is on the lookout for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team as Software Engineering AMTS (Associate Member of Technical Staff) in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven strategies and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to create detailed data models and perform custom performance analysis for senior stakeholders, including VPs and SVPs.
- Data Proficiency: Understand and manipulate the data architecture supporting Customer Success, and leverage SQL for business performance reporting.
- Presentation Skills: Develop presentation-ready content using data visualization tools like Tableau, tailored for Salesforce executives.
- Business Strategy: Identify and proactively address trends, risks, and opportunities to influence business strategy.
- Optimization: Optimize key drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics through technical analysis.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university.
- An MBA is a plus but not required.
Additional Requirements:
- Data Analysis: Experience in quantitative analysis, Excel proficiency, and strong logical reasoning.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau or similar platforms.
- SQL Skills: Intermediate skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis, especially with Snowflake.
- CRM and Data Management: Familiarity with CRM systems and effective data management practices.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with various organizational levels.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Quick Learner: A strong desire and ability to quickly learn new technical concepts, business models, and technologies.
